Consultation Policy
This policy governs all online and in-person consultation bookings made with Visa Empire. By booking a consultation, you agree to the following terms.
Booking Confirmation
- All consultations must be booked and paid in advance
- A booking is only confirmed once full payment is received
- Clients will receive confirmation via email or booking platform
Consultation Fees
- Consultation fees are charged for time, expertise, and professional advice
- Fees are not outcome-based and apply regardless of the result of the discussion
Rescheduling Policy
- Clients may reschedule their consultation up to 12 hours before the scheduled time
- Rescheduling requests must be made via:
- Email, or
- Official booking system
If rescheduled within the allowed timeframe:
- No additional fee will be charged
Late Changes & No-Show Policy
If a client:
- Requests rescheduling within 12 hours, or
- Fails to attend the consultation (no-show),
Then:
- The full consultation fee will be charged
- No refund or reschedule will be provided
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases (e.g. medical emergency), rescheduling may be considered at our discretion.
Late Arrival
If a client joins late:
- The session will still end at the scheduled time
- No extra time will be extended
Technical Issues (Online Consultations)
Clients are responsible for ensuring:
- Stable internet connection
- Access to required platforms ( Teams, Zoom etc.)
If a technical issue occurs on the client’s side:
- The session will proceed as scheduled
- No refund or extension will be provided
If the issue is from our side:
- The session will be rescheduled at no extra cost
Agreement
By booking a consultation, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood this policy
- You agree to all terms and conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance may be:
- Rescheduled, or
- Converted into a credit for future use
No refunds will be provided for cancellations
